Shipping / Returns

SHIPPING POLICIES/COSTS:

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be fulfilled as all our items are made to order by hand.

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which comes with delivery confirmation and a tracking number.

International orders are shipped using USPS First Class International, this service does not come with a tracking number.  If you would like to track your international order please e-mail us and we can arrange to have your order shipped using UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or another shipping provider. Please understand any extra services will be payed by you.

If you would like to insure your package please e-mail us before you pay and we will invoice you accordingly.

We will not negotiate on shipping prices, so please do not ask.

Ewing Dry Goods is not responsible for items once they leave our hands. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

Ewing Dry Goods will gladly accept returns for exchanges on unworn/ unused items only (item must be resellable).

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds of any kind. We are always happy to work with you before you order to make sure you make the right choices!

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you’d like to make an exchange, the best way to do this is to:

1) Purchase the replacement item(s) you want on our website in order to secure its availability. 

2) Once you have purchased the new item(s), simply return the merchandise that you do not wish to keep.  Please include your original order number or invoice and your new order number (item(s) you are exchanging for); this can all be written in a note as well.

3) A full refund excluding the original shipping charge you paid will be issued within 3 business days once the replacement item(s) have been purchased and the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

 

**Any Custom items or sale items are final sale and not valid for exchange.

Ewing Dry Goods will accept order cancellation within 24 hours of order placement free of charge. After the 24 hours and up to 48 hours, there will be a cancellation fee of 25%.  After 48 hours cancellations will not be accepted.

Please contact us about any exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item. 

Returned for exchanged items must be in brand new condition, unworn/unused, with the original product pouch.

All Returns/ Exchanges must be approved beforehand.  Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions.

 

REPAIR SERVICES:

We really want to help keep your products alive and lasting as long as leather products will possibly last.  Due to the nature of some of our products things happen and stuff can tear or or break.  Depending on what the piece is we will do our best to repair your piece to an as good as new state, causing the item to last another good long while.

For repairs, please email us at:  Ewingdrygoods@gmail.com to make sure the item(s) are repairable.  There will be a $10 cost on each repaired item and you pay shipping both ways.
